Creative Minds 7th-grader Myrna Feysel discussed gun violence in the US with judge and Benjamin Banneker High School teacher Sara Arndt.

E.L. Haynes 8th-grader Natalie Padre presented on adult literacy onstage.

Perry Street Prep 8th-grader Jaleah Nelson delivered her speech on grooming and sexual abuse.

8th-grader Bobby Cavanagh from E.L. Haynes spoke about AI and cheating with Bank of America’s Srini Raghunathan.

R’Juror Douglas, an 8th-grader at Friendship Southeast, delivered her speech on the exploitation of children on social media.

Sophia Davis, an 8th-grader from Creative Minds, also spoke about gun violence with Bank of America’s Michael Lentskevich.

Friendship Southeast 5th-grader Amir Ford spoke about how schools only impact academic intelligence.

Creative Minds 7th-grader Ikraam Nguo discussed the Syrian War with Dessie Nash from Bank of America.

6th-grade Lesja Williams from Friendship Southeast talked about virtual education with Sue Bell from the Hattie M. Strong Foundation.
